Berried Cantaloupe with Yogurt Honey Dressing – Weight Watchers

Since starting Weight Watchers, I’ve been looking for new ways to enjoy fruit. It’s zero points and fruit is in abundance during the Summer time. Plain fruit is delicious, but some times you just need something new to kick up the routine.

This recipe was given to me by one of our contributors, Christina, so we had to try it ourselves. Yogurt honey dressing is delicious!

Yogurt has power boosting protein, can help build calcium and it is a great food to eat while losing weight. Did you know that there are studies that have shown eating yogurt to help accelerate weight loss in women? Eat it up ladies!

Published jointly out of food and yogurt giant Nestlé and Université Laval in Quebec, the research suggests that obese women who add probiotics to their diet plan — most commonly found in yogurt — could lose twice as much weight as those who don’t.

This recipe is 7 points plus if you devour the entire thing, but if you can split it into half, this will break down to 4 points plus for a serving. Perfect for adding something  sweet to your day!
