It’s been a while since you have heard about my progress with Nutrisystem.
Since Andrea weaned from breast feeding things have been difficult. Obviously your calories burned goes down the tube, unless you pick up physical activity, and if you don’t either eat less or start exercising the weight starts to pile on.
I had this problem after weaning my first born and now I’m facing it all over again.
I’ve been stress eating like non other. Recently I lost my job and have been dealing with a horrible work environment for the last 6-7 months. I’m scared of what the future brings as the unknown makes things harder. Stress eating is something I really need to work on..
Here is my OMG picture. In a matter of a month I have gained more weight then I am willing to tell you.
So I made my plea and here we are back on Nutrisystem. Week 1.
My food came in the mail about a week ago and I’ve slowly started to get back into things, my weigh in was on Monday. Since my time away from Nutrisystem things have changed, new frozen steamer meals have been added in along with protein shakes.
I’m REALLLY loving the steamers!
This was the Arroz Con Pollo frozen steamer and man was it good, my husband was even drooling
The protein shakes are very nice addition, I have one every morning in between breakfast and lunch as that is my hardest time of the day.
So far I’m feeling a lot better about myself, about my future and trying to keep my head up as I look for new work. The support from Nutrisystem is amazing and I’m so glad that I got in touch again.
