SEA LIFE Kansas City Aquarium Debuts Claws Exhibit!

SEA LIFE Kansas City Aquarium has recently debuted their new “Claws” exhibit! “Claws” will feature species of crustaceans, including a 14-foot Japanese Spider Crab and Coconut Crabs, strong enough to open coconuts with their powerful claws.

Guests of all ages will have the chance to come face-to-face with all of these creatures!

The new Claws exhibit will include interactive features that allow guests to learn the anatomy of these amazing crustaceans and feel the shell textures of the different species. Guests can also learn the secrets to grabbing objects using a crab claw and see unique videos of crabs doing various activities.

“We are constantly looking for ways to enhance our guest experience,” says Joanna Hobday, marketing manager of SEA LIFE Kansas City Aquarium. “The Claws exhibit will bring in new sea creatures and hands-on educational opportunities for the entire family.”
