Little Girl Hair Bows from Thats Lolli

One of the many joys of having a daughter is that I get to play dress up with her as my life size doll. Yes, I freely admit to doing that. I smile ear to ear when people carry on about her cute outfits and adorable little girl hair bows. Obviously this isn’t an everyday occurrence but a Momma can try, right? Like any girly-girl I melt at the sight of adorable things to put on my daughter and pray that she doesn’t destroy them or rip them out. For a long time we couldn’t wear headbands or hair bows because she would rip them right off. She’s in a fun stage right now where she actually likes wearing things in her hair. She even touches it throughout the day to make sure her “pretty” is still there.

When my package arrived from That’s Lolli we were both excited to on the little girl hair bows. The pink bow seems to be her favorite of the bunch. It’s made of felt and placed on an alligator clip so you can easily attach it straight to the hair or put it on an elastic headband. The inside of the clip has a material that helps the clip stay in the hair instead of sliding right out. I was very impressed that it actually stayed in her very fine hair, even through a playground trip.

The headbands come in a wide variety of colors and sizes. The bands are very soft and super stretchy. I received some in 6 month size and 2 year size and both fit her head comfortably. There is a loop on each headband to attach a bow or flower of your choice so everything is very easy to mix and match. I can see them lasting a very long time. She was wearing the white one to Disneyland and got her lolly stuck to it during some parade excitement. I was bummed but threw it in the wash hoping for the best and it came out good as new!

The pony bands I got for myself and love them! I have very thick hair and usually end up breaking the regular ones. These were very comfortable and come in fun bright colors to jazz up my basic Mom-who-doesn’t-have-time-to-do-her-hair-pony. I think I may even borrow Kate’s pink bow some time.

As a small business owner it’s close to my heart to support other working at home moms. That’s Lolli is ran by Wendy, a crafty and hard working mother of three. She is raising money to help her family travel to Lithuania for a year so her husband can complete his PhD. What a supportive wife!
