One of the hardest parts of going Gluten Free has been the task of finding easy to use, tasty gluten free products. Going gluten free isn’t a choice for my husband, he really is ill when he consumes even a tiny amount of gluten. It’s been easier for the whole family to eat gluten free whenever possible to avoid cross-contamination. Pillsbury has made this so much easier by launching its first-ever line of ready-to-bake gluten free pizza dough, cookie dough, and pie & pastry dough, ensuring that gluten free homes everywhere can also enjoy these classic items.
So many times we pass on cookies because they’re either not gluten free or they just taste too weird! A chickpea cookie does not hit the spot, in my opinion! What we loved about the Pillsbury Gluten Free products is that you do NOT feel like you’re missing anything. In fact, if I hadn’t told my family that the food was gluten free they would not have known.
The instructions included were so clear and easy. My sister is new gluten-free and has told me that the biggest challenge is adapting recipes to gluten free flours when cooking.
We plowed through the Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in one afternoon. It was so yummy!
That evening I used the Pillsbury Pie & Pastry Dough to make my favorite comfort food, Chicken Pot Pie.
Delicious. The crust was flaky, moist, and had great flavor. It held the pie together and was still flavorful reheated as leftovers the next afternoon. There was just enough dough for a nice meal for all of us.
Pizza is something we experiment with here because the whole family loves it, and I bet yours does, too. I’ve tried making my own pizza dough but for some reason I’ve never been able to make it the same way twice. I loved the Pillsbury Gluten Free Pizza dough because it was just as easy as rolling it out, topping it and sticking the pizza in the oven. My whole family loved it!

I believe this product was discontinued several years ago. You can contact Pillsbury through their website to be sure.
Have not seen these anywhere! Would really love to try them. Do retail stores carry them?
Where not find crust and dough nothing the store at Rhodesia Island and hard find the store gluten free
