Travel opens anyone’s heart and mind to people and places that we don’t know. The clothing we create at Tea transforms the foreign world into a smaller, friendlier and more familiar place. We believe that we bring a little bit of that world home to you. – Emily Meyer, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer
Tea Collection creates clothing that shows the beauty of different cultures around the world and brings it all together to create fashions that remind us how small the world is and how alike we all really are.
We were sent a few items of clothing for both my son and daughter, everything was absolutely beautiful!
It helps that I had two special little models to show them off :)
This first piece is called Lantana Wrap Dress and is my favorite!! The Lantana Wrap Dress is covered with blue Lantana flowers that are loved by butterflies of Mexico. The dress is made of 100% cotton and when Andrea is standing the length is right above her knees. We completed the outfit with a pair of Sparkle Stripe Leggings.

We also received a Tea Collection Wildflower Mini Dress that was inspired by beautiful wildflowers of the Mexico Highlands.
The Wildflower Mini Dress is also 100% cotton and features a squared neck style with a layered sleeve look. The length of this dress is about mid thigh length, though on Andrea it seemed to be a little longer in length. She is right in between 12 and 18 month clothing right now so I’m sure this will fit perfectly in 1-2 months.

For my son we received a Tea Collection Juarez Stripe Henley that was inspired by the late Benito Juarez from Oazaca, Mexico’s president of the 1800’s.
Made of 100% cotton and features beautiful colored stripes from top to bottom. My son bunched the shirt up in his picture, the length went a couple inches below his belt line and the whole shirt felt very roomy and comfortable. This shirt is now in my son’s top 5 shirts that he asks to wear on a daily basis.
Combined with this outfit is a pair of Tea Collection Work Wear Cargo Pants. These were inspired by the famous Mexican artist, Diego Rivera, as he loved to wear cargos. The Work Wear Cargo Pants were filled with pockets for my little man to place things to hide, he loves any kind of pants with “Pockets and Belt Loops”.

The last piece we received was a Tea Collection Fuerte Polo that was inspired by the look of being strong and feeling strong, in Spanish fuerte means strong.
This shirt is my favorite piece that my son tried on. Also 100% cotton and features a small front pocket, this is where my son says he can place his keys and credit cards :)

My Take on Tea Collection Clothing
Both my son and daughter have worn their outfits a few times and have all been washed. I’ve found that all pieces washed very nicely and held up strong. I love all of the bold colors, unique designs and patterns that Tea Collection offers. My children have received a number of compliments, especially on the dresses.
The Wrap Dresses are so pretty and would be great for the holidays!
