I’ve tried many seafood dishes in my life, but I can’t say that Salmon was one of them. I’ve heard mixed reviews about Salmon, some say it’s too fishy and some really love it. Up until now, I’ve been scared to check it out.
One of my friends, Shalana from Roberts Five Photography, shared one of her tried and true recipes for Herbed Salmon. This dish is easy to make and perfect for a newbie to Salmon! We have it on our menu for this week.
Now she wants to share it with you! Let us know if you try it.
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 stick butter
- 1lb of fresh salmon
- salt & pepper to taste
Melt butter and squeeze lemon into melted butter. Place Salmon skin side down in a glass baking dish and pour butter mixture over salmon, sprinkle fresh herbs on top and add salt and pepper if desired. Cover with foil and bake for 35 min. @350 degrees.
