Bengay and Dara Torres Make Waves at Local YMCA : Giveaway 2 Winners : {Ended}

As part of Olympic Swimmer Dara Torres work as a Bengay brand Ambassador, she visited the Bedford Stuyvesant YMCA in Brooklyn to act as “coach for the day” to the Piranhas Swim Team, a developmental team for boys and girls ages 7-17.

Sharing tips and tricks for succeeding both in and out of the pool, Dara spoke with the team about what it takes to be an Olympic athlete and the importance of never giving up on your dreams. Dara also led the team’s practice where she gave each swimmer personal pointers on how to perfect their dive and stroke.
 
In addition, a donation to the Piranhas team was also be made on behalf of BENGAY to help the team purchase new swimsuits and gear for the upcoming season.
