Wordless Wednesday | Why Are Sad Santa Photos So Funny?

IMG_1412

Every year I take my kids to see Santa at the mall. We love this Santa because he is the same Santa that is there every year. Though my son looks scared silly this was actually the first year without any tears.

My daughter on the other hand…

I started the “Santa picture tradition every year with my son”. Same reaction when he was younger, this is priceless. Just a Kodak moment that one never capture again. I sometimes wonder what makes them so scared. I did ask my son he said the “Beard” and the HO HO HO didn’t sound so jolly. lol

I saw a Scary Santa contest on FB with lots of pics like these. Lots of kids are not happy with Santa.

It’s so cute and enjoyable to watch little one afraid of Santa but you can’t help feel sorry for them. My three year old finally got the courage to sit on santas lap without crying. I hate to say it but he’s growing up. Time for another baby.

Cute nonetheless! Perhaps it’s just a stress reliever? I had many wonderful laughs at the expense of my children as well. Happy Holidays.

lol I think they’re amusing too. I’ve never understood the point of taking kids to visit “Santa”. Most of them are scared and it’s just teaching them it’s ok to sit on creepy old guys laps. :/

Awww how sad! but yet so cute! that is great that it’s the same santa as most malls have a new one every year. the one at the mall closest to us looked kind of ghetto this year.
