This post seems all a little bit too familiar to me… if you remember earlier this year I created my New Years resolution vowing to lose my baby weight that was gained during my pregnancy with Andrea.
When I found out I was pregnant with Andrea the scale was reading at 230 Lbs. During my pregnancy I tried so hard to eat right, exercise and gain only the minimal amount. At delivery I was rocking the scales at 257 Lbs!! Though it was really a modest gain over my pregnancy, I really about fell over to see that number on the scale.
So here I am, now weighing in at 210 Lbs. Yes, I have achieved my New Years resolution to lose my baby weight from Andrea but now I sit here dwelling over the baby weight that I’m still carrying around from baby #1.
I’m in a slump, I knew I needed the support and tools to get me to my goals. Just recently I was accepted as a NutriSystem Nation Blogger and I couldn’t be happier. This morning a box showed up at my door step with my frozen foods.. man do they look yummy! I see frozen meals, ice cream, pancakes and more.
Now I sit here waiting for my box of pantry foods to show up along with my plan details and I’m excited to start my journey.
I will report back when day 1 begins and I hope that you will join me in my journey to cheer me on!
Here we go…!!!
