Painting is fun, but hard work! The Room to Bloom tool by Fisher Price was so helpful when I was planning the design of our nursery. I really wish I had this tool when I was decorating a nursery for B! It was so neat to watch the helpful videos and explore the ideas already on the Room to Bloom site. I also like that there are organization tips, these came in handy during the planning and designing of our nursery.
We haven’t purchased furniture for the nursery as we are still waiting to find out the gender of our baby, though in the next month we’ll be having a party to reveal the gender of baby #2!
The crib in my picture above is just one of the ideas that I had for our nursery. We will share our final furniture purchase after the gender reveal party.

I’ve been browsing Pinterest and the interwebs for gender reveal party ideas. My sister knows the gender and will be in charge arranging how we reveal the gender of our baby. I’ve been chomping at the bit to talk about baby names or look at baby clothes with her but she won’t do either for fear of giving off some sort of hint! I can’t wait to share the excitement of pink or blue with our friends and family, it’s going to be a blast!
After we know what the gender of our baby will be, I plan to come back to the Fisher Price Room to Bloom tool to see what other colors we could incorporate with the Coco Sorbet color scheme. I love how I have that information at my fingertips!
