Revealing of Our Master Bathroom Update!

A few months ago, I shared with you some photos of our master bathroom. We moved into our house about five years ago and the only update made was a new coat of paint. The master bathroom is one of our favorite rooms and it was in desperate need of updates to bring it together with the rest of the house.

Our house was built in 1995 and gold plated hardware was the popular style for cabinetry. We definitely knew that the hardware needed to be updated.

Our walls have a fresh coat of paint on them, thanks to a leak in our skylight, but sadly we have never hung a single piece of decor.

Our bathroom sinks were starting to rust, no longer had stoppers, and I must say that they weren’t the prettiest or most functional faucets that we have used.

After months of planning, it was time to move forward with our much needed updates. Master Bathroom Revealing with Delta Touch2O Faucet #DeltaInspired

Some of the new features include:

– Delta Lahara Single Handle Lavatory Faucet with Touch2O.xt™ Technology

– Brushed Nickel Cabinetry Hardware

– Bathroom Rug

– Delta Windemere Bathroom Accessories

– Bathroom Sink Accessories

The Delta Faucet has been an amazing part of our bathroom update. We have this same faucet in other bathrooms in the house and it was a no brainer when it came to deciding on a faucet for our master bathroom.

The Delta Lahara Single Handle Lavatory Faucet with Touch2O.xt™ Technology has been a blessing to a busy mother’s life with young children.

Not only is this faucet gorgeous, it helps to keep my bathroom clean.

When the kids come in from outside, all they have to do is move close to the faucet (within 4” around it) and the water flow will activate. No more muddy, sandy and sticky hands all over my bathroom faucets!

My 5 year old really appreciates the Touch2O feature as well, specially when battling the toothpaste tube while brushing his teeth. All he has to do is either move his toothbrush under the faucet, or tap it with his hand and the water will begin to flow. Win for him and win for mom! So why would I want these faucets in the master bathroom too?

With the rising cost of utility bills, I’m always interested in ways to cut costs.

The Delta Touch2O faucet also features an automatic shut off feature, allowing us to conserve water. Within seconds of pulling your toothbrush or hands away from the faucet, the water will shut off until you bring them back within 4” from the faucet.

I’ve really become attached to the Touch2O technology and my only wish is that my kitchen faucet had it as well. Slowly, we are working to add the Delta Touch2O Faucet technology to the rest of our home’s faucets.

We finished off the bathroom with a Delta Windemere Towel Bar and a Delta Windemere Towel Ring.

I’m really happy with how our master bathroom turned out. With these simple updates to our bathroom, were were able to make a big impact with the look and functionality in our every day lives.

Those are some awesome faucets! I really want to get a touch faucet put into my son’s bathroom since he struggles with our {admittedly difficult to operate} current faucet.

I love how your bathroom updates turned out. The Delta Faucet Lahara faucets are amazing, we are loving ours as well. We just finished our updates. The best simple update we made was framing our builder installed mirror. It was really inexpensive (like $30-40?) and completely change our whole bathroom. Updating your knobs made SUCH a huge difference!!

That really freshened it up in there! Great picks. Your old ones look like my current ones, and I know I need to follow your lead on this.
