Meet SAM – The New Poise Microliner & Get a Free Sample!

Thank you to Poise for sponsoring this post and keeping me confident!

When you journey into Motherhood, there are some things that people don’t warn you about. One of those things is the embarrassment that comes along with exercising, sneezing or laughing.

Still not following?

It’s allergy season and I’ve been sneezing up a storm. Almost every sneeze is followed up with an Uh Oh.. and laughter from my family when I tell them my pants need to be changed.

Light bladder leakage. It’s not just for old people, like I used to think as a child. I’ve birthed two children and my body has turned into one.. hot… mess!

I used to think that I was alone until a friend asked me for extra pads before her exercise class. It was then that I learned that one in three women experience light bladder leakage, and many of us have done nothing at all to manage the problem.

poiseliners

Meet SAM, Poise’s new Microliner made with with super absorbent material.

Poise Microliners are the thinnest liners in the light incontinence category and are designed to absorb wetness, neutralize odor and stay three times drier than period liners.

Now the beginning of my day not only begins with getting dressed, I gave Poise Microliners a try and they have become my best friend. Allergy season has nothing on me!

I ordered my free liner. I sometimes have this issue. It has disappeared though since I got off artificial sweeteners.

I have been seeing lots of commercials for “SAM”. I love that it’s more of a conversation now. The leaks happen and it’s a great thing that it’s being addressed.

Losing the ability to control all bodily functions is just so frustrating. I can hear myself talking in my head.. “really body, really?”. It’s nice to see products that help take some of the frustration out of the issue.

The Sam commercial makes me laugh so hard! Even though I could probably use these when my kids want me to do something like jump on the trampoline with them.

Fingers crossed I don’t have this problem after I have kids but it’s doubtful, haha! Sounds like it’s just part of the package deal, isn’t it! Glad there’s a discreet product to take care of this issue :)
