Much of the country is snowed in, and if you are in the same boat as me, you are taking advantage of the snow by making last minute preparations for the Christmas holiday.

We made a trip to the grocery store for some weekend baking, gotta make our guests happy, and picked up ingredients to make a few tasty treats just in time for Christmas. One of our favorites on the list was a recipe for Peanut Butter Almond Joy Gluten Free Muddy Buddies.

Know that this recipe can also be adapted for those who have peanut allergies, like Amanda’s son. Simply substitute the peanut butter for SunButter or SoyButter. This recipe does contain almonds, so if you have someone with a tree nut allergy please keep that in mind.
