Winter is upon us and even in Southern California we have some dreary chilly days that are better spent indoors. Entertaining very active children while trapped inside all day is a challenge. Now that Kate is 3, she’s starting showing an interest in games and has the attention span to actually play one. We started with a few classics that we’ve had around the house for years but nothing specifically geared to her age range.

Wonder Forge Games

Wonder Forge has a great selection of preschool aged games that are featured with characters that toddlers know and love.  She’s also very into Disney Junior so these games are right up her alley. I’m excited for her to learn and get in some quality one on one time with me.

Here are a few of the TOP new Wonder Forge games for this holiday season:

Wonder Forge Games

Magical Tea Time Game with Princess Sophia is a fun role-playing game for 2 to 4 players. When the magical tea pot blows on your tea then the color in your tea cup changes. Then you earn treats on the plate of the matching color. Earn extra points for practicing good tea time manners.  This darling game is for ages 3+ and is available at Toys R Us for $19.99.  It’s perfect for the princess in your home.

Kate loves her princesses but she’s equally in to Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Shipwreck Beach Treasure Hunt Game combines matching and memory along with some physical challenges. Players flip over the gold doubloons to find where Captain hook has buried the treasure. But the doubloons need to be decoded with Jake’s spyglass. Once you find a match then use the foam sword to collect the correct treasure.  But you better hurry because you are being timed!  This action packed game is for  2 or more players ages 3+ and available exclusively at Wal-Mart for $24.99.

In the All Better Game your little ones help Doc McStuffins make the boo boos go away. On each slap bracelet bandage is a different mystery ouchie. Everyone takes turns trying to decide which doctor tool is needed for each ouchie. It comes with a really cute doctor storage bag and foam doctor tools. The All Better  Game is for 2 or more players aged 3+ and available exclusively at Wal-Mart for $24.99.
