Summer birthdays are always fun, there are pool parties, luaus, and so many fun outdoor activities. For Andrea’s second birthday we went with a Luau theme as it fit well with the scorching heat that we have been having this summer.

In the past we have purchased balloons from our local party store. What I have learned is that blowing up your balloons from home is such much cheaper, and not to mention more convenient. This deluxe set came with 18 balloons and 1 foil balloon. To inflate the balloons, we purchased a helium tank that could be used a few times. The total cost of this Hawaiian Girl Deluxe Party Pack, plus the cost of the helium tank, is still less than what I would have paid to the party store to purchase a huge bunch of balloons like this.
