Keep Holiday Weight Gain at Bay with the Slim Fast 3-2-1 Plan

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Slim-Fast for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Christmas is the hardest time of year for me. It is almost a guarantee that I will gain 5+ Lbs with all of the cookies, meals, treats and parties. When the New Years comes I will be wishing to lose those extra pounds that were gained.

Losing weight from the holidays shouldn’t mean sacrifice. The new Slim-Fast shakes are apart of the Slim Fast 3-2-1 plan and made to give you quick results. The Slim Fast shakes come in 5 delicious flavors, Creamy Milk Chocolate, French Vanilla, Rich Chocolate Royale, Cappuccino Delight and Strawberries N Cream.

The Slim Fast 3-2-1 plan consists of following plan:

Three Slim Fast snacks a day, such as the Slim-Fast 100 calorie snack bars, fruit, nuts or veggies, two Slim Fast Shakes or Meal Bars a day and one 500 calorie balanced meal a day.

I had an opportunity to try one of the new Slim Fast Shakes in the Creamy Milk Chocolate flavor. Chocolate is my weakness! Each shake is made to offer four hours of hunger control with 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and 24 essential vitamins and minerals.

The new Slim Fast shake is now made in a convenient to go bottle. This is great to use when on the run and you need to grab something on the way out the door. There are several times in the week when I need to run out the door right before lunch or dinner, my problem when that happens is that I tend to lean towards eating out. Now I can just grab a Slim Fast shake on the way out the door and resist the temptation to eat out.

I really felt like the Slim Fast shakes not only held my hunger at bay for 3-4 hours it also curbed my craving for chocolate. Yum!

If you would like to give the new Slim Fast Shakes a try you can find them at many retailers near you such as Walmart, Target, Safeway, Kroger and even online at Amazon.com.

I agree, they must have changed if you feel full for a while. To me it seemed like a regular drink,no affect on my hunger pains.:/ If they’ve made it better I’d give it another try though.

I agree Denise. Last time I changed it I was constantly hungry which is why I eventually went off it. Plus I always felt so deprived. I love the to go bottle though
