I’m Chef MOM Thanks to Kraft Fresh Take! |

chicken dinner

Cooking fresh food for my family can become quite a task. There are so many things on our rotation menu and the thought of slaving in the kitchen to create something new makes me shutter.

As a mom of two young children, I don’t have a lot of time in the kitchen. To help me keep things fresh and interesting, we tried the new Kraft Fresh Take Cheese & Breadcrumb mix.

Have you seen this in your dairy aisle yet?

Kraft Fresh Take Cheese & Breadcrumb mix comes in six flavor varieties including: Southwest Three Cheese, Savory Four Cheese, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic, Italian Parmesan, Chili Lime and Panko, and Cheddar Jack and Bacon.

cheese and breadcrumbs

We decided to give the Cheddar Jack and Bacon mix a try, my household loves bacon! Upon opening the package, there is a plastic pouch that is separated down the middle to keep the cheese and breadcrumbs apart.

chicken toppings

Simply open the plastic pouch and the middle seam will separate, allowing you mix the cheese and breadcrumbs together.

chicken dish

Kraft Fresh Take can be used with chicken, pork, or even fish. We went with the chicken because it’s always on hand. I think next time we will be trying it with fish! Just coat your meat of choice and bake in the oven until done.

How much easier can it get!

crunchy chicken

The cheese and breadcrumb mix work together to keep your meat moist and yummy. This chicken breast was perfectly juicy, crunchy, and so tasty! We didn’t have the ingredients on hand to make a salad, however this chicken would taste so good sliced on top of a green salad.

bbq food

To go with our chicken dish, we decided to turn on the grill and cook up some hamburgers for the kids and corn on the cob as a side. We also grilled a few more pieces of chicken for leftovers. When we cook, leftovers are always made to help cut out the leg work on another nights meal.

BBQing is always a task, clean plates for the raw meat, clean plates for the cooked meat and several trips into the house to grab seasoning and utensils. The Quirky Porter BBQ Prep & Serve Tray is an awesome time saver and has taken the “in and out” trips out of BBQing!

The Fox Run Mesh Food Cover works great too, keeping those pesky flies off of your food while you are outside.

grilled food

Load the Quirky Porter BBQ Prep & Serve Tray up with your raw foods and seasonings to take out to the grill. The top layer then comes off, when you are done cooking your food simply load up the bottom layer to bring your foods back inside!

It was so nice to only have one dish to clean and only one trip in and out of the house. If you BBQ a lot, this is an awesome accessory to have.

recipes

While I’m not the most creative in the kitchen, there are so many creations that you can make using the Kraft Fresh Take Cheese & Breadcrumb mix. If you are looking for some creative and easy to make meals using the Kraft Fresh Take Cheese & Breadcrumb mix, check out the fun recipes on Kraft’s website.

I’m already anxious to grab another flavor and see what we can come up with! Don’t those Tilapia tacos look amazing? Nom Nom Nom

As a Kraft Delicious Bytes Blogger, I’m so excited to bring you these amazing products to help make mom’s life easier. So stay tuned for more updates from me as I will be bringing you the juiciest details from Kraft!
