How to Keep Grilled Food Safe from Allergens with Clean BBQ Liners

Shares

My Dad would grill in the middle of a snowstorm. I used our grill in the middle of a hurricane last summer. Grilling is a tasty and healthy way to prepare food, which is why we do it so often. I was excited to receive a package of Clean BBQ liners for review (all thoughts 100% my own). While grilling is a fun thing to do, it can be hard to keep grilled food safe from allergens and the cleanup is often a mess.

Clean BBQ liners lay right on top of the grate of your grill, giving me a fresh surface to toast my buns, switch out the Clean BBQ liner and toast my husband’s gluten free burger buns without worrying about cross contamination.

It also means a lot less clean up! Who likes to sit out there before or after a meal and scrub and scrape away the old food residue off the grate? Not me! And if you have a clean surface to cook on, you get food with no old bitter burnt pieces cooked on. I like that there are openings for the flames to poke through and still lick the food, ensuring that smoked BBQ flavor.

When you’re done with your grilling session or need a new surface to work with you can simply pick up the Clean BBQ liner and pop it in the trash. These are made out of the same sort of cookware material that other (3mm) disposable serving dishes are. It folds up easily so its not too awkward when you’re taking out the trash.

Since Clean BBQ™ is flexible (like in an accordion), this new product fits on most grills as long as they have straight grill bars, regardless of the distance between them. For the same reason, this product can be used in other food cooking devices with a grill such as kitchen (wall) ovens and even small electric (toaster) oven.

My Dad loves his Clean BBQ liners and it was a useful unique Father’s Day gift for the Dad who has everything and loves to BBQ!
