Holiday Shopping Challenge With American Express Reward Points Wrap Up!

If you remember last week I was presented with a shopping challenge from American Express to finish up my Christmas shopping for 5 of my loved ones with 40,000 American Express Membership Reward Points.

After browsing around my options from American Express I decided to transfer my Membership Reward Points over to Amazon.com for quick and easy shopping. The process was so easy to do! From the American Express website I selected Amazon as where I wanted to shop, linked up my account with a few clicks and all a sudden I was able to shop from Amazon.com with the option during checkout to pay with my Membership Reward Points.

I’ve learned during this challenge that American Express membership reward points can really stretch your dollar!

Let me show you what all I was able to get with 40,000 membership reward points.

Hi Gladys :) I always love reading your comments. As for my 4 year old, hes really into listening to music and for Christmas we wanted to give him a little music player to put in his room. He loves it! But he isn’t quite trustworthy with cd’s yet so that is why we opted for the mp3 player because it connects to the radio he has.

I don’t want to be cut off from entering, possibly winning your giveaways so I will tread very lightly. Haha That being said I am a bit more frugal than you or our age difference is showing. An MP3 for a 4 year old and $24. I paid $8. for my 18 yr old’s. Ah, yours is a bit better. As for the Bosch Tassimo – will you be my daughter next year? Just kidding you did a great job (even if I wouldn’t give a 4 year old an MP3 player.) lol
