Orange is the New Black and Fuller House? Oh My!! My Netflix Picks

The problem with television is that there never seems to be anything interesting on, at that exact time that you find a few minutes to break away from your children and watch it. It never fails. No matter how many channels you pay for, you will inevitably sit on the couch flicking through channels one by one until you find something worth “settling”. At that point, you will question yourself on why you pay for said channels, and vow to cancel them all together. The next day, you will forget to cancel (or learn you’re in a contract), and the process will repeat.

Unless, of course, you have Netflix!

I love that with Netflix I can catch up on my favorite movies or shows right from the beginning, anytime I please! It doesn’t require any extra box or upgraded package… they’re just there. I can watch them right on my couch, or on my tablet, when we’re on the go (comes in handy those times I’m stuck in waiting rooms with the kiddos).

Mostly importantly… I have the thrill of variety.

Not only does Netflix have hundreds and hundreds of titles to choose from… they are constantly updating their selection to provide even more to perk my interest! There are some titles that are coming out  that have me sitting on the edge of my seat anxiously waiting! Like Orange Is The New Black, coming out June 12th. I can barely wait to see what’s the latest with Piper and the girls at Litchfield. Never a dull moment with that crew!

Speaking of crew, remember Full House? The classic series of 3 little Tanner girls who live with their widowed father and Uncles? Little Michelle, DJ, and Stephanie were always a hoot… not to mention DJs hilarious (and annoying) friend Kimmy!

Guess what?!?!

Netflix has set the internet on fire with talks of brining back some of these beloved characters for another season… titled Fuller House! In the new series, DJ finds herself widowed and expecting her third child. Like her Dad years before, she recruits some help from family to aid her in her journey.

Stay tuned for more!

We have tons of stuff we are still trying to get through on netflix and now they are adding even more original content? I think it’s cool that they are doing well enough that they can explore like this a little, I think this will be a big hit.

I can’t wait until the new season of Orange is the New Black. I usually watch the season completely through within a few days and then get bummed that I have to wait for the next season to come out, haha.

I never watch anything live on TV, we record everything to our DVR and watch later or do Netflix. I was so excited to hear about Fuller House, I grew up with the Tanner girls and would love to share the next generation with my girls!
