Pre-Workout Protein Waffles Boosted with Frozen Aroniaberries

When I tell people about my mission to eat healthier, they almost always immediately get a look of pity on their faces. They think that this means I know longer get to eat food that taste good. Most equate healthy foods to bland meals that aren’t very satisfying to the taste buds! When I begin to tell people all of the awesome meals that I DO get to eat, they give me a look of skepticism. I’ve had many a friend comment “ooh, so you can eat all of that on your cheat days?”

Wrong again!

There are healthy foods that taste amazing, and still allow you to stick to the healthy food regimen you desire! Superberries are a good example. They’re a brand of health and wellness products that feature the Aroniaberry, Nature’s Healer and Protector. Aroniaberries is Native to North America and is an antioxidant-rich super berry that, according to scientist, provides the most balanced protection against the five most common free radicals which can lead to illnesses. This is great news since science has confirmed that diets rich in antioxidants can help maintain good health!
