EmmiRoth USA Fondue Set

Fondue means “melted” in French. There’s lots of melting going on with this Emmi Mini Fondue Pot, and in a good way.

Emmi Mini Fondue Pot and Fondue is from Emmi Group, a leading provider of specialty and artisan cheeses and dairy products. With an array of dairy products using the freshest local milk, Emmi Group’s primary focus is on fresh products, lifestyle, convenience and health.

The Emmi Fondue Original is based on the original recipe forFondue%20Original%20Box_Large fondue. Premium Swiss cheese, wine, and spices are ready in the bag. Emmi Fondue Swiss Chocolate comes to you ready to use! All you have to do is melt the chocolate in the microwave or on the stove and serve it up. This chocolate is so delicious you’ll want to dip bite size pieces of fruit, pretzel, and marshmallow.  Authentic Swiss Fondue has never been easier!

This Valentine’s Day I wanted to try something new with my husband for our special meal. We usually go out to dinner, but with no available babysitter and an unpredictable toddler I figured it could be nice to stay home. Fondue can be quite romantic. Warm melty chocolate and cheeses, some candles and low music.

I think next time we use the Emmi Mini Fondue Pot, if the weather cooperates, we just might find a babysitter and take it on a picnic! We could warm up the chocolate and cheese ahead of time and get it in a thermos and then have our spread by the lake and watch the sun set. Romantic, right?

The neat thing about the Emmi Mini Fondue Pot is that it doesn’t take up much space and isn’t complicated to set up so it’s perfect for an appetizer, dinner, or just dessert!

You could cube up some cooked sirloin or chicken and dip that in the cheese, too! My husband is one that thinks a meal isn’t complete without some protein.

Some Tips to keep in mind:

Keep the melty moving. Make sure you stir the chocolate or cheese often so it stays nice and smooth.
No double dipping! Try to make sure each bite is on a clean skewer or fork.

Try to serve a variety of dippables! We are going to try bread, pretzels, marshmallows, strawberries, and blackberries.
