Chocolate Pudding Crunch Explosion | Low Fat Recipe

chocolate pudding pretzels graham crackers and cool whip

I’ve been a Hungry Girl fan for quite some time, and many of her recipes have become staples in our home. This recipe comes from her book, “Hungry Girl Recipes & Survival Strategies for Guilt Free Eating in the Real World”.

After dinner is a hard time for me as I always crave something sweet. This recipe is so easy to make, uses very little ingredients, and is made at least 3 times a week in our home.

Sweet. Fluffy. Crunchy. Salty. All balled up into one little bowl!

Chocolate Pudding Crunch Explosion – Edited

What You Need:

  • 1 – Sugar Free / Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Cup
  • 9 Fat Free Pretzel Twists
  • 1 Sheet – Low Fat Graham Cracker
  • 3 Tablespoons of Cool Whip Free Topping

Instructions:

Mix together the chocolate pudding and cool whip free, forming a chocolate mousse texture. Crunch up the pretzels and graham cracker, then mix into the pudding mixture.

Wa la!

Hungry Girl does hers a little differently, uses some other ingredients and different amounts. This is how we have adapted the Chocolate Pudding Crunch Explosion.

Let me know how you like it!
