Buckle Up For Safety – Take the Pledge! Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35 Car Seat

Disclosure – The Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35 was received in part of the Buckle Up For Safety Campaign. All thoughts are my own.

We are wrapping up National Child Passenger Safety Month here at Mommy of Two Little Monkeys, have you done your part to help promote the importance of children safety?

Graco, the leading brand of car seats, knows more than anyone how important the safety of our children is. In honor of National Child Passenger Safety Month, Graco launched a new campaign “Buckle up for Safety”. By making a quick and easy pledge on Facebook, to commit to child passenger safety, Graco will donate $1 to Safe Kids Worldwide.

Graco’s goal, in the Buckle up for safety campaign, is to reach $10,000 and they need you, all of your friends and families to help them do this.

Child passenger safety is a very passionate topic and because this is an awareness month, I reached out to my next door neighbor and connected with her in this campaign.

She just had a new baby and needed a little help with getting a safe car seat for baby. When Graco offered the Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35 infant car seat in part of this campaign, I was excited to receive it and share with my neighbor.

It’s been a while since I’ve used an infant carrier car seat, as both of my kids are in high back booster seats. So when I opened the Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35, surprise was written all over my face. I could not believe how light this infant carrier was, 7 lbs without the base and 14 lbs with the base.

Installation was a breeze. We installed the infant car seat into my neighbors car using the latch system, which was conveniently attached to the base along with a level indicator that told me exactly what level of incline baby needed to be at.

Though we didn’t need it in her car, there is also a 6 position dial on the base that will help you effortlessly change the incline and install the car seat without any hassle.

I’m so happy that Graco and I were able to help this mommy and her daughter. She will be protected in the Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35 car seat from 4-35 Lbs and because Graco is awesome like that, she can also use her Click Connect car seat with her Graco Click Connect stroller.

Doesn’t she look so cozy in her new car seat? I’m so happy when brands like Graco can help me connect with other mom’s to help them improve their child’s safety.

I love how light weight it is because I have back problems and carrying a car seat with an infant in it is difficult.

I think one of the best features is: ” Safe Seat Engineered* (*safeseat engineering includes side impact testing, testing at 2x car car seat standard, and testing to extreme car interior temperatures) –

Side impact safety is way important to me after researching child injuries and fatalities due to lower standards on some side impact features. The other thing I love about these, beside the necessary safety features is the amazing colors this model comes in!
