9 Ways to Store and Organize Your Cloth Diapers

We had a fun discussion on Facebook yesterday about
“How do you store your baby’s cloth diapers?”

Screen Shot 2012-08-03 at 3.45.16 PMHere are some of the responses we received:

“In clear plastic tubs on the changing table shelves. They barely fit now.”

“Mine are stacked in a armoire. One side is of the cabinet is all cloth :) I store my wipes in a basket along with spray bottle and snappis.”

“Not like that but I wish! I have 2 Thirty-One totes with AIOs/Fitteds in one & covers/prefolds in the other. Then next to those totes I have the cloth wipes.”

“Definitely don’t store them like this…we use them right out of the dryer…. lazy. but this is heavenly…who wants to come do this for me??:)”

“Ha! I wish with 2 in diapers I am lucky I get to stuff them and put them in baskets!”

You all had so many great responses and inspired me to search for more fun ways to store your cloth diapers. My weapon? Of course, Pinterest.

Do any of these look like your cloth diaper stash?

Ooh! I love the pictures of organized fluff. They’re so pretty. :D My ‘system’ doesn’t look nearly so nice. I’m going to have to save this post to look at again in the future to inspire me to organize mine. Right now I have my various covers/pockets stored on the bottom two shelves of my changing table along with a few sposie accessories until we use up our sposie supply. There will be a tad more room once all those are gone. I also have one drawer in my dresser next to the changing table for my flats/prefolds and a few inserts. I’d love to have a pretty place to organize my stash or even some cute, simple containers to store them in.

I had one of the toy bin things that have all the different sized bins. HORRIBLE for toys, they are at an angle, too small for most of the toys… I absolutely hated that thing! Now I wish I would’ve saved it, because look how perfect it is for storing cloth!
I also love and want the dryer rack. Right now I’m using a string of braided yarn with clothespins tacked up onto the wall.

There are such great ideas on here, so creative and fun. We just have them stored away in a drawer but I love seeing them on display.

I love that idea, too! I love that your only problem is not having enough fluff to fill it!!

I love the bins in the lower left corner because I have one of those units already. My daughter’s toys are stored (I use the term loosely) in there. She never has it organized. I told my husband that we could organize the diapers in the bins instead of hidden in the dresser. He said “why?” Does there really need to be a reason when it comes to fluff? Only problem is that I would need more diapers to fill the bins. There are worse problems to have.
